Last time I was at this location the Lady working made a mistake on my order and corrected the order without any issues. After... the order was correct she handed me the coffee and also was holding her tip jar out of the drive thru window as if she thought Ishould tip her because she corrected her mistake.SMH.This morning I decided to give this location another chance (Michigan &Hewitt ypsi.). My coffee was ice cold and my donuts were hard as hockey pucks.This location is by far the worst Timm Hortons inMichigan. Read more
Impatient staff, stale bagel, and hashbrowns were in broken pieces in the bag. The Timbits were good though
Bought a half dozen donuts, first one had a black hair stuck very visibly on the clear glaze, I cannot believe they didn?t see... it when they grabbed it. The second one also had a long hair baked in the donut. Gross! The entire box went into the trash. Willnever shop there again ???? Read more
I frequent this location for coffee before work. I went there yesterday during the afternoon and the girl working said that she... couldn't make frozen drinks. What a joke. I will not be back and will be finding another location to frequent. It's good thatthere is another on Washtenaw Read more
If I could give a 0 star I would. The last 2 times I have been there they were out of bread and said they didn't have sandwiches... because of it. They also only had 3 flavors of bagels. When we asked for a coke they said they were out of that also. Apparentlythey were also out of Sprite and Root Beer. How does a restaurant stay in business when they have no food? So many times theyare out of things but the last 2 times they were out of almost everything and it was only 12:45 both days! Read more
Ordered online and when I arrived to pick up my order, there was no manager on site. The minors working weren't able to make my... food items. I asked for a refund but they needed a manager for that. Those poor kids tried to get ahold of their manager, butthey didnt pick up their phone or answer them. I don't think that's legal... Please reconsider supporting this location. This isnot okay. Started off ok. He was polite and took our order but when we got to the window they informed us that they were out of half of... our order, wasn't a big deal, but then held up a cup that said tips and said "just to let know we accept tips" and laughed. Would give 0 stars if possible. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFETIME! They always get orders wrong. This time, manager... refused to accept it was wrong even though was listed correctly on the receipt. When asked to just refund my money, he SLAMMEDthe drive thru window in my face and said to talk to his supervisor although he is the owner? I have worked in fast foodindustry and have never seen a customer treated like this. I wonder what kind of "training" employees are getting here. Judgingfrom prior reviews, Tim Hortons should just close this branch to avoid further hits to their brand. I will never visit again,would rather throw my money away then give it to them. Read more
