I had to wait several minutes before my order was taken inside. The coffee condiments were not out and when I asked for... half-n-half I was told they would have to put it in my cup. The coffee was not strong nor has much taste to it. The donuts weretoo sweet. Tim Hortons is not my style place. Read more
I've tried to go a couple times because it's right next to my hotel and theyre the only place that says theyre open at 6, but... the doors have been locked every time. I was a little annoyed that the sign was wrong but decided it was no big deal and I'djust call to ask when they'd be ready. Horrible sanitation and cleanliness issues. Cob webs, crumbs and spider eggs can?t exist if you have a regular cleaning regimen.... Absolutely inexcusable to have seating with all this within inches of your head. Do better Tim Horton franchiser if you want toretain customers. Read more
Two of the menu monitors not working, worker was talking so quiet I couldn't hear her at the speaker or the window, charged us... for the meals when we asked not to be, and the sandwiches were not as pictured on the one working screen. Different bread andpitiful meat. Read more
This Tim Horton?s has the worst customer service. I will admit that their sandwiches are good, which is why I keep trying. ... When I ask for a chicken salad sandwich, THAT is what I want. I don?t want tuna salad as a replacement because you are out ofchicken salad. I want you to TELL me you are out of chicken salad so I can decide to go elsewhere. And when I call, it wouldbe really nice for someone to pick up the phone. Is tuna salad good? Yes, but what if I happen to have an allergy? You don?tjust replace an item because you don?t have what a customer asks for. My order is correct right around 20% of the time when Iwork up the courage to go here. Why is it so difficult to read a screen and get the order right or TELL someone you?re out ofsomething? I?ve ordered multiple different seasonal coffees, and none of them have tasted anything like the description. Today I ordered a... peppermint mocha latte, but it tasted like watered down Swiss Miss with a splash of coffee. No mint flavor, no whip on top.Extremely disappointing. Donuts are also dry and some of the Tim Bits have a chemical taste to them. If you?re ordering plaincoffee, it may be acceptable, but it may be worth your time to drive a little further for something you?ll actually enjoy. Read more
