I ordered a spicy chicken with cheese no tomato, cook to order which I said twice. I get my order, I church my sandwich, it?s... old and cold, young lady at the window disposition was as if I was a bother because I wanted my food hot. The guy brings it outdoesn?t apologize for the inconvenience, no thank you, nothing. It?s hard to get good service. I hope in 2023 management willhave a regroup with these people. This place was super busy in the drive-through at lunch time. I had to wait but I appreciated the people who were working there.... They were working very hard and understaffed I'm sure. The woman that took my order was polite despite being overwhelmed. Shegot my order right and it was hot! Kudos to this team who "showed up" for work!!! Thank you! Read more

Staff doesn?t speak to you when you come to the window. Just shoved your drink at you and puts a hand out for the payment. I... understand fast food isn?t ideal but you don?t need to make the customers feel bad for ordering. If I were the owner of this location, I?d be sorely upset to find out my closing staff prioritized a smoke break 40 minutes... before close- only to watch a line of 5 cars fork, and then pull off one by one as not a care was given my the staff.Interesting way to do business. Good news is the Wendys over on Hewitt is promptly serving people and had a long line that wasbeing attended to- I imagine these people knew to come here first and had experienced similar at the washtenaw location prior.Used to be a good spot. There were a few things that I felt the need to mention here. The guy that was taking orders spoke quietly/mumbled then would... get snippy when I had to ask him to repeat himself. I understand that can get a bit frustrating but I'm partially deaf, Igenuinely couldn't hear him. He seemed grumpy, for lack of a better descriptor, and also seemed annoyed by me even being there.The girl that gave me my food was nice but forgot to give me one of my items, which I unfortunately didn't notice until later.Lastly, the main focus of this review- the iced tea was HORRENDOUS. I don't think I can properly explain how bad it was. I drinka lot of tea and have experienced some truly devious blends but never in my life did I even begin to fathom that tea could everbe as awful as the tea I got at this wendy's today. I don't know why it was so bad, I don't know what could have possiblyhappened to make something taste so disgusting. It tasted like they had used dirt instead of whatever tea mixture they usuallyuse. I took a sip of it while I was driving and almost swerved off of the road in my haste to get it out of my mouthimmediately. I felt like I had been hate crimed, which is a joke, of course, but I did honestly feel a bit violated lol. Wendy'susually doesn't have very good tea but it has never been that ghastly before. Right after, my stomach started hurting really badand I'm pretty sure it was because of that demon tea. I don't know how to truly convey the depths of pure evil that lay withinthat drink and I'm not sure I want to. In hindsight, it was pretty funny, which is why I'm making jokes about it now, but holygoodness, my life will never be the same. I think I have fundamentally changed as a person. There was something wicked aboutthat tea machine, I'm sure of it. I ate goose excrement when I was three and I'm pretty sure that tasted better than this icedtea. Okay, I'm sure you get the point.
