I love Carl's Junior, but I have to take away a star, almost two, due to the fact that on the regular I receive cold fries, and... they are constantly closing their store 10 to 20 minutes early on a consistent basis. I don't try to be that person coming lastminute before a place closes, however sometimes it happens when you have to drive 20 minutes or longer to get there to beginwith and it's very upsetting to finally arive and realize they are closed 20 minutes prior to their store hours and sittingoutside smoking cigarettes staring at you like you're stupid and then rudely stating they are closed while throwing theircigarettes down and going back inside. If those two issues were not an issue then I'd be very satisfied with this store. Read more
The Famous Star with Cheese sandwich was crafted to perfection. The green leafy lettuce was beyond my expectations. Well done.
After 5 hours of driving we stopped here before checking in to our hotel. Customer service not great. No eye contact just what... do you want and your total is. Change fell and he didn't help pick it up or apologize. Food was hot and fresh. That's why theygot an extra star. Read more
