Go in and have multiple people look over at you but never bother to seat you or even greet you. They were not busy at all, it... was quiet and so many places to be seated. Hostess was hiding in the back so waiting to be seated took awhile-our waitress-also the bartender was backed up so we saw her... twice-once to order and once to pay. Southwest Chicken salad bowl was a chicken and rice bowl with some big hunks of lettuce andrice-and more rice and MORE rice! I ordered Chicken Alfredo with a bread stick but the waitress did NOT inform me that they were out of bread sticks when I was... ordering but after my food arrived. The soda was warm and the $5.00 dinner salad was very disappointing. Read more
We had a wait of an hour for a table but it was graduation night so it was real busy so we asked for the bar seat we noticed... open seating and let an employee named Tyler know we had changed our minds and he began to argue with us. We mentioned thatsurgery had got done with one of our friends and couldn't possibly use those chairs. He continued to argue and gave us a dirtylook as we walked to the bar. George the bartender was a fantastic mixologist, friendly and fast thanks to him the night endedwell. Tyler needs to improve his attitude if he wants to stay in the CS business. Read more
I?ve had bad experiences at Applebee?s before, but my options were limited. So I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly... surprised. Staff was friendly and timely. Food came in a timely manner.
