Got here around 9:10 pm to pick up food. I got the pasta, and found a piece of short dark hair in my food. I honestly feel sick... to my stomach. I would never go here again bad experience. Read more
There is typically no wait if you find a spot in the bar area. First come, first to have a seat. Busier on weekends. They have... a new menu (see photos. Food is great. Prices are fabulous. Drinks are ????????? good! Full bar with good selection of beer andmixed drinks. The staff is SUPER polite (always). Restrooms are clean. Parking is good if you don?t mind the endless chickens????. There is space indoors and outdoors for you to wait. They have a kiddos menu. Great appetizers, variety of menu items,their chips are fabulous! We visit this spot often and have yet to be disappointed. Located next to an in n out (share theparking lot) and next to kohls in case you need to walk off the calories. What a difference in customer service. Hadn?t been here in a couple years and so disappointing. unlimited soup and salad is a... joke. I ordered the potato soup and wanted to try another but. I ran out of time while we all sat with nothing to drink. Andthey brought everybody else?s soups and salads and made me wait. Said mine would come out with the meals. Read more

My family enjoyed the food here but we came here when it was busy so the service was slow. But I really admire how the staff... worked together throughout the shift even when a couple glass items shattered. They made a great team which is what I enjoy whendining out. Read more
I haven't been to this Chili's In YEARS and I was very happy with how our experience went!! Our waitress was super nice,... attentive and made sure we always had everything we needed. She even gave us extra napkins (without us asking) because we gotalittle messy! Our appetizer was the Steak Classic Nachos. It's not your typical large plate of nachos, it's actually 12 largeindividual chips on the plate with all the toppings. It was good but next time I think I'll try the fried cheese curds instead!I ordered the Steak & Shrimp Sizzling Fajitas meal (attached a photo)It was hot, fresh and tasty!
