Chipotle is always a good place to get what you want out of American Mexican cuisine. Whether I'm dieting or not, your products... help get me through. Yuba City chipotle is terrible. Number of times, they forget to put ingredients like guacamole or fajitas which actually amounts... to cheating for a fully paid order. Items are stale and over cooked/ burnt veggies. Sometimes, there is excessive salt and oilin white rice. I have eaten at Vacaville Chipotle several times, not a single complaint. After always getting the same thing in the restaurant and always getting the full portion of each item that I asked for. And... paying $18 for a burrito bowl that consisted of extra steak, guacamole ,sour cream and cheese (due to diet restrictions.) Butwhen I ordered the same exact thing on DoorDash the price was $23.75 and only half of what I received in portions. I went in totalk to the manager the next day and she told me there was nothing she could do as it was an online order I believe that portioncontrol on their side is completely her responsibility. I will often go inside to get the food I want. Today I was needing to grab lunch and made a to go order. It was not a busy day... and I should have just ordered when I arrived instead. There was only one or two people in line at any time, however there weremore than 5 of us waiting for to go orders. My food came out 15 minutes later that my pickup time making me late back to work.They failed to mention that one of the topings I ordered was out of stock and I did not find this out until I went to eat mybowl. Got our food to go, but OMG!!! What good food!!! I got the shredded chicken burrito. Holy moly!! Smoked seasoned chicken with... rice and sour cream all wrapped in a toasted tortilla! Mouthgasm!!! Read more
I normally do not give a bad review, but I went around 8pm, and food prep counter was pretty dirty. They didn't have any... guacamole. Girl at front was good server. But, she kept having to ask for help. Back cook, young kid didn't seem real interestedin being there and pretty much ignored her. Tables were dirty, and there was not a lot of people eating there.
