DELICIOUS! BUT the workers need better training. We ordered inside and ate inside. The workers were so confused with orders,... messing stuff up, forgetting orders, mixing up people's orders, not very polite, sloppy servings, you name it. Also, it's prettyhot in there which is BAD for California Summers. One of their drink dispensers was spilling continuously. A bit overpriced forthe serving sizes you get. On the good side, their green steak enchiladas, chicken quesadillas, and chicken tacos wereabsolutely delicious and FULL of flavor. They have many soda flavors, aguas frescas, and fresh fruit infused waters. I don'tknow if we'll be back but the food IS very good Tex-Mex, tastier than Chipotle in most of my family's opinion. Come to Costa from time to time, a good switch up from chipotle. Food has always been good, and I love the infused water!... Service has always been decent (what I expect from a chain establishment) but today I was pleasantly surprised by the service Ireceived. I was helped by a tall, dark haired woman wearing glasses. She has by far been the friendliest out of everyone to takemy order and even asked how my day was going, and she even talked me into a cookie at the end. Her enthusiastic personalityreally added a little extra to my weekend. Costa needs more employees like her who seem to actually enjoy the food serviceindustry and have great customer service. All 3 staff were very rude and unprofessional. Throwing tortilla carelessly and very sloppy with the food prep. Clearly they... don't want to be at work. Poor customer service! I wonder how they prepare the food at the back where you can't see because thefront was already a big mess. Read more
The chicken salad with sweet mango sauce is delicious but my favorite thing to get here every single time I come is the... smothered chicken burrito with enchilada sauce. Ugghhh, it is so good!
