First want to say again thank you to the gentleman veteran whom paid for my pizza tonight!! Thank you again!! Second I?ve been... here a couple of times never had an issue paying at all. To the short dark hair young lady employee for being rude anddisrespectful to veteran giving him attitude while I was waiting for her to assist me . Also I?ve never had a problem payingwith an $100 bill. You were very unprofessional. Order online, by the time I got there, looked like they were busy and told me to wait for 5 more min. When the order tracker... said that my order was ready. After 10 min. They called my name with the wrong order. They asked me to wait for another 5 min. Icancelled my order and left. Service was good though, I just couldn't wait. Read more
For some reason my 7.99 carry out pizza was 8.99. a disclaimer on the website says some locations may charge more for certain... ingredients but no one at my local store could tell me which ingredient I ordered raised the price. It would be nice to know soI won't order that ingredient next time. Had to drop my rating for dominos. Very misleading to advertise at one price and thencharge another. Read more
It's usually an okay joint to go to. The pizza honestly isn't bad at all either. Their service is good and the management is... super nice. This 3 star isn't for the store it's for the app and the servers being down frequently and making it unusable duringpromos such as the 50% off the whole menu. It's quite convenient for them to have an outage while that's going on. Unfortunatelythe staff can't or won't honor the promo even though they are aware it's going on and that their servers are down. So aside fromthe servers being down this isn't a bad place at all for pizza and generally good,happy,and swift customer service. Read more
I had dinner delivered yesterday from Dominos on gray ave. yuba city. IT MADE MY DAY???????? I had pasta and it was really... Good. But the best part was my delivery driver Brian. He had the best personality and was very customer service oriented. Then ifound out he and his wife Alexis are the managers.... Which is terrific ???????????? I will order from here from now on ! Order through the app and always get the correct pizza! I didn?t recently and got two different pizzas and when I tried to get... that fixed they told me to just keep the pizzas I had. Never got new ones though, but they are understaffed so I get it! Read more
Great sandwiches and pasta. Pizza is so so.... Prices on sandwiches and pasta bowls are great also. They did have a lot of flies... in the waiting area.. I just know they're on the food in the back.... Do something about the flies! Tons of flies. Read more
Last Friday order a pizza. Gave it like 30 mins and rand over to pick it up. When I got there they said it would be another 40... mins. Thought it was weird but ok. Waited the 40mins went back in and they said it would be another 30 mins. Just the way itwas handled was bad. Read more
