Great store for yuba. We did have a few times that our drinks have been messed up in the past but they are fast about correcting... the problems. The only reason for the 4 star is because they have a shift that cares about getting there drinks to you correctand a shift like they just don't care. I like morning crews the most we never have issues there but evening shift is where thetroubles are so its been a while since I've done anything in the afternoon. The only other issue is when they get busy the linecomes clear out to hwy 20 and tends to be a traffic concern. But they are prompt about trying to get everyone through. So I?m pretty upset. My gf and I came here for a hot drink on a rainy night before going home, and the girl up front who was... taking the orders spent 10+ mins talking to the car ahead of us taking pictures with their phone and drawing on the car with 3-4car lengths in front of the car, not allowing us to pull forward not Acknowledging us at all. We waiting 20 mins for 1 drink.Also the girl who was handing out drinks also spent an excessive amount of time talking to the same car( found out the personworked at this location) and when we tried to explain what happened she scoffed at us with attitude and handed us our drinkafter 20 mins. BEST DUTCH BROS THIS SIDE OF THE MISSISSIPPI!! My MIL's car broke down, and Dutch Bros gave us all free drinks since it was over... 100 degrees outside. Don't sleep on JOSE though one of the best prepared and attentive workers at Dutch. Literally let us borrowpersonal tools to help get the truck fixed. Thanks Jose!!! My whole family are regulars here. The staff are awesome and super friendly. They are super great about fixing mistakes when... they do make them, though not often. If you do not like the bitter taste of coffee, make sure you get your drinks 2x or 3xsweet, you will not regret it. The Carmelizer, iced, is my personal favorite. Just a reminder to pay attention in the drivewaythru though, we have been rear ended while in line before because people aren't paying attention. Read more

It?s happened to me at Starbucks and I literally had to leave empty handed! They?d rathertoss them in the trash!
