Worst McDonalds I have ever been to....didn't think it was possible to have a horrible cheeseburger, it was cold, cheese not... melted & so dry it scraped my throat. Came to get, a halloween happy meal for both my daughters (originally @stabler location) went through, the drive thru & there... was NO SIGN to let customers know they where out of happy meals! Huge let down for my now crying daughters & the line wasalready a 20min wait.. only half way to getting food. Super disappointed. Manager said, he put a sign outside but it must'veblown away! We had ZERO wind that day. No pride in your job is what I saw.. no matter where u work, u represent abusiness/company! Moving forward.. we drove to the Harter parkway location & ended up with an awesome green bucket!.. thislocation was well stocked & we got everything we ordered. Happy happy kids & Much appreciated. This is a new place but I get the impression the manager is new to such positions as control of hot ready meals seems lacking. I... am not just referring to drive-thru orders where dirt bags who order a couple dollars worth of food accept others' large orders(happened to me here-2 driveways). This location has also an area up front they set orders still being prepared and un-pickedup. Frequently customers will grab/ touch these orders leaving individuals waiting. This has happened to me both the timeItook my child inside and when they said to park in spot 1 [which was full] while I waited for a simple one person order fromthe drive thru. We went in and ordered. When we got our food they ddnt give a soda we ordered. Thought ok stuff happens. When my husband went to... the counter to ask for the missing drink, he was ignored and the cashier went to another customer. Then when someone else cameup. Same thing happened. They're not friendly either. You can't demand more money and expect to have zero customer serviceskills. You dnt like ur job? Dnt go to work. Find another job that u do like. But that's how you loose customers. I wasdisgusted with the lack of people skills. I'm not the only people that think this as well. I dnt usually have gripes about badcustomer service but this one was really bad. Read more
I dont often use this McDonald's location as there are two that are much closer to me but I was at this end of town and decided... to stop by. I wanted to order the new deal they were offering with a mix and match that included chicken niggets and a mcdouble.I waited for a while to order but i can understand that they were busy. When i did order, I was told there was no deal thatincluded chicken nuggets and that i must have misread the sign. The man was very rude. (I had ordered this same items from theother McDonald's so i knew it was available) but didnt want to argue. So instead i bought a 10 piece nuggets and the mcdoubleseparately. I asked for my usual sauce and pulled up to pay. I was asked to pull around and wait, which I did because they werebusy. I waited over for 15 minutes for 2 items. They forgot my sauce. This place is pretty bad even for Mcdonalds standards. The 2 photos are from different visits. Ive had nothing but bad luck with... this place getting orders wrong. And today was a first with the patty paper still there held down by a piece of cheese. Othervisit, there was a crack pipe next to the toilet where my 5 year old was trying to use the restroom. Service itself isn't toobad but their cleanliness and order accuracy are absolutely the worst. Read more
McDonald's is just McDonald's. The food is meh. You better check your bags when you leave. Check that your food is hot,... ESPECIALLY THE FRIES!!. Milkshake machine is down 50% of the time and i feel that is because employees don't want to cleanit... though i could be wrong. Update 11/12/22: i was going to write a review of this place , then i noticed i already did. I'm taking away more stars. The fries here are consistently COLD! I'm not saying that they just weren't hot enough, no theyfelt colder than my skin when i grabbed them. I'm just going to stop coming here. I pick up my daughter once a week to takeher home in Sacramento and we always stop here. I'm finding another location. Read more
