Coupon didn?t work online. Called the store to get help. Basically the only options they gave me were place another order,... without canceling my first order, and if it goes through then we?ll cancel the first order or shove free breadsticks at me thatI did not want. Wasn?t willing to cancel and redo the order over the phone. Tried to tell me I had a faulty coupon when I?mstaring at it and it?s valid. Then when I said I wanted to cancel the order she said ok and hung up on me without verifying itwas done. Absolutely horrendous service for mediocre pizza at best. Read more

Use to love this place but now they are slow and can't get an order right. Pizza is either burned or the toppings are not... correct. Plus If you place an order and it says 20 to 30 minutes, it shouldn't take an hour and thirty minutes. Maybe theychanged owners or something but won't be go back. So we ordered a pizza. Watched a whole almost two episodes of 45 minute show realizing our pizza hadn?t arrived, called and they... said it was delivered. We looked outside nothing. We are in an apartment all of them are numbered we double checked to make sureeverything was correct. They called back and said that there was another door they had to go through! Which isn?t true. Just upthe stairs. Walked down stairs and saw it was left on the down stairs neighbors door step. And we opened the box and the pizzalooks like it was thrown. I will include pictures. I am not happy.
