I was recently at this establishment with my two young nephews and my car broke down in the drive-thru. The people behind were... very understanding and one of the gentlemen working the window came right out and pushed us out of the drive thru and I was ableto pop the clutch! There is kind people out there still willing to help someone in need. He was very helpful and I was gratefulto be back on the road headed home. PS. They gave me my drink on the house bc I was obviously having a rough day. Cute little bucks in yuba CA. Popped in for a little refreshment on the first triple digit day this year. 102?... blah!!... Anyways, staff was awesome, got to have a chat with one of the ladies and we both agree that Starbucks needs to bring back theLime Refresher!!! BRING IT BACK!!! Love Starbucks but not happy about ordering through the mobile app so I could pick up in store. Only to find out that I still... have to go through the drive thru and the line is extremely long! An hour wait for a drink that has now been sitting for atleast 45 minutes and is definitely watered down. A heads up would have been nice ???????? Read more
Consistently the slowest service at any Starbucks I have ever visited.
Quick service great selection but no toasted butterscotch lattes this year.....dark times my friends.
These people can't even get a PEPPERMINT HOT CHOCOLATE correct! They are just flat out disappointing.
