We rarely come here for the sandwiches, due to the price. We like Baskin Robbins, but again, due to the price, we're not here... often. There are a few places in town that are better quality, have more options, and better prices. When those places areover-packed, we come here. Read more

I would like to set a complaint about this store. I placed an order online through the website, I didn't notice it was an 1hr... away from me, and I called to cancel the order. The woman I spoke to on the phone said she will give me a refund, it would take3 days, she was going to leave a message for her manager to process the refund. Because she told me I would be getting therefund, I did not drive 1hr to pick up the sandwiches. The next day the "manager" calls me and tells me he will not beprocessing the refund. I did not receive goods and that store kept my money. I am owed a refund. If I knew that the "manager"was going to decline my refund then I would have drove and pickup up the food. 3 sandwiches total $38.68. Read more
Having been a Togo sandwich lover many years ago - and always ordering my favorite #9, I was very disappointed today when I... visited your establishment today. I ordered the #9, and I always remember how loaded with pastrami this sandwich used to be. Today, my sandwich had a few slices of pastrami and lots of veggies instead, and the bread was dry. For the price of $11.36 plus change (for a small sandwich); I am very disappointed. I will not be returning. On a positive note, Justine, the serverwas really friendly - her customer service skills are excellent. I just wish my sandwich had been better. Read more
