We stopped by today around 12:15 pm, on our way into town, asked to use the bathroom and got denied. We normally stop and pick... up fries, a burger and soda first but this time my husband really needed to use the bathroom first.. the Hispanic female emoyeewas extremely rude and then sarcastically said "have a nice day". I get that the policy is meant to prevent abuse of thebathrooms by homeless people.. but my husband is very clean cut and an older gentleman.. I guess we'll never go there again..ignorance of customer service will lose you customers. Read more
Terrible. Slow as molasses and food was not only of poor taste but my order was wrong. For what they are charging I expect more.

The Manager Cindy was taking drive through orders while I was ordering my food at the counter. She was saying rude things about... the people that were ordering food. It is not professional to talk negatively about customers in front of other customers. Or atall for that matter. This location has gone down hill in customer service.
