We ordered at the counter and sat down to dine but found that after order was incorrect! Very difficult to find someone to help... correct the order. They are all super busy and you have to catch someone's ear in order to get help. We came in at 8:30, we'renot told as we got our order that they closed at 9:00 p.m. at 8:50 p.m. we were told we needed to get out of the restaurant!! Inthe middle of eating our dinner! Chick-fil-A has figured out the fastest way to get the most vehicles through the drive thru, I'm not sure how many times we have... been at this specific location but we have never had anything wrong with our order. Keep up the great work, and we will keepreturning to buy meals. Read more
I usually never have a problem with this store. But today I asked for crispy chick-fil-a deluxe with pepper Jack cheese and no... pickle. Today I got grilled chicken with no cheese and with pickles. And my receipt was exactly what I ordered but just didn?tget the right sandwich ???????? tried calling the store. When it says if I want to speak to someone press one. Ordered through mobile phone. When I arrived it was nice, hot, and ready. They did forget the hot sauce, but it was fine since... we got to try a different type of spicy sauce that they gave us and it was pretty good too. Update: All our orders since initial review have been accurate. All employees are still extremely friendly moving a mile a... minute, to get orders out fresh & hot. Great location and friendly service. Double drive thru line, extremely friendly servicewith fun personalities. Drive thru ordering was a breeze, love the cooling water misters and shade provided at the drive-thrumenu. Food was great (as it is at all Chick-fil-A's). First time trying the Peach shake, we would definitely order again. Wasdisappointed when we got home and realized they gave us a Strawberry Shake, instead of the Frosted Lemonade we had ordered. TheStrawberry Shake was good, just not the flavor we were craving (mistakes happen). Great food, convenient location and greatemployees...we will be back. Read more
First time I ever been to Chick-fil-A, I was impressed. Nice crunchy chicken fillets, and the waffle fries were really good. I... tried the Chick-fil-A sauce and I liked it, reminded me of a Honey Mustard flavor. The Barbeque sauce was good too. Read more
