Great alternative to that other coffee shop. The line is sometimes long (so get here in the early morning), but people are... willing to wait because it's so good. I got the Golden Eagle and the Cocomo. Review #2- Dutch Bros goes the Extra mile! Came onenight and the staff was amazing. Gave us complimentary free pup cups for the dogs and coffee for the humans. I've never had astore or barista give such nice customer service. For that, we all need to keep this place the go-to shop for coffee. Thanks! Read more
I love this place. The coffee is amazing. Everything I have ever had there has been so delicious. And every single experience... I?ve had has been extremely pleasant. But today really made me want to write this review. I went to get a small coffee, myselfand my husband both work, we have six kids, we are in the midst of renovating and moving, my husband got TWO flat tiresyesterday, today one of the new flat tires he bought went flat. Both of our pay checks were short hundreds of dollars. I lookedrough to say the least. They could tell I?m covered in paint and wearing my husbands clothes to pack and renovate and clean in.I?ve had a rough few days to say the least. They gave me my drink for free. I cried. I cried like a baby. One person being niceto me was what I really really needed. Thanks you guys for always being awesome and always going the extra mile. Today was my first time coming here. The line in the drive thru was long, but the wait wasn't super long. My drive to get here... was longer than the actual wait for the drinks????. The servers are friendly and the drinks were definitely worth the wait. Igot The Annihilator and my sister got The Carmelizer. Both drinks were yummy. Dutch Bros Coffee recently opened in Yucaipa, CA and it seems like the town and neighboring cities are welcoming them with open... arms. WAIT TIME The drive thru line was expectedly long, as it wrapped around the building and into the overflow lot up thehill. We drove in at 3:27pm, placed our orders at 3:58pm, and got our drinks in hand at 4:12pm. The total wait time was 45minutes. Pro tip: Download the Dutch Bros app to browse the menu and use it to earn points with your purchase. CUSTOMERSERVICE Despite the long wait times, the staff was very welcome and enthusiastic -- even under the hot sun. I LOVED thehandwritten "You're beautiful" sign just above the drive thru pickup window. TIPS FOR ORDERING Today was the first time Iexperienced the drinks at Dutch Bros Coffee. And because it was super hot, I wanted to order one of their blended drinks. +Small, Medium, Large, Kids (e.g., Medium, etc.) + Hot, Iced, Blended (e.g., Blended) + Drink Name (e.g., Cocomo, etc.) + add-on/ Substitution (e.g., add coconut, or easy ice, etc.) WHAT WE ORDERED * Medium Blended Coconut (I didn't taste coconut in mineso I was a bit disappointed. It tasted like the Healthy Choice Fudge Bars blended in ice. It's not bad but it's not what Iexpected. It was a little too sweet so I wish I ordered a small). * Medium Blended White Chocolate Freeze with Coconut * KidsMango Smoothie * Medium Iced Strawberry Pineapple Lemonade * Medium Iced Oat Milk Kicker You can also browse online for theirSecret Menu.
