This evening for dinner I did the drive thru service and was very impressed with the politeness and the overall professionalism... from the entire team! The little boy with the playing card tattoo on his arm was so rude and started talking to me like I didn?t know English or... something. This location has gone downhill. The managers literally hire anyone. The staff is so unprofessional and really rude.The interview process should stop hiring on the spot and focus on getting employees that actually want to learn and areprofessional. Read more

I try and try again, but this location seems to always do something silly. They've messed up my simple order every time. I order... Tacos El Carbon - NO ONIONS. Each and every time, there are onions. Then they look at me annoyed when I tell them! EVERY TIME! Afew times while I'm at the window, they read me the wrong order. I correct them. Ordered 6 tacos. 6/6 tacos were not tacos.. they fell apart. Rather had been served six tacos worth of meat/cilantro/onion... wrapped up in a single foil square with no shredded corn/tortillas at all? and handed a fork?.. the picture below was the onlyone to hold a shape. dry as well cause using sauce with them would of been a joke?. thank you team?.
