First time here, clean facility and courteous service. Was greeted right away, they explained what the special Jersey Mike... fixin's were and they were right, the turkey with the fixin's was delicious! It's been a long time since I've been to a sandwichshop... So the nearly $18 price tag was quite a surprise for a large sandwich, but it was good and they were very generous. Read more

Service is horrible here! They take forever and get mad when it?s busy. They take the phone off the hook so they didn?t have to... take phone orders. I seen this with my own eyes. Food is good just serves need A lot of work. Maybe better management. Read more
I have visited this Jersey Mike's a few times over the last year. The employees always make a good tasting sandwich following... my requests for toppings. My favorite sandwich is the turkey and provolone on wheat. Everything on my sandwich always tastesfresh. The employees at this location are always courteous and fast. Just terrible. Placed an order through the app. It wasn?t even started when we arrived. Took almost 30 minutes to make 3 regular... sandwiches and there were three employees standing there chatting and taking their time. All the people in line had their ordersbefore us. They made an employee his meal before ours all the while still chatting. That?s really poor customer service. Wemight as well have waited in line and would?ve gotten our order quicker. On top of that, they made my mom?s sandwich wrong.Seriously? Hire employees that know what they are doing. Read more
