The food was amazing. The atmosphere was lively, but not deafening. The service was very attentive and friendly. Very surprised... by this gem. Order the snickers chimichanga if you?re in the mood for desert. You will not be disappointed. Read more

Casa Trejo has been a fixture in Southern Yucaipa for decades. A few years ago, daughter Linda Trejo bought the place from her... parents and added her moniker to the name. It is located in a small shopping center on County Line Road, a block north of 5thStreet. There are three rooms of tables inside with very limited patio dining. The menu has all the standard Mexican fare and aseparate, full bar is available. I am here almost every Wednesday because, bucking the "Taco Tuesday" trend, Casa Trejo features$2.95 tacos on Wednesday's. I always place the same order -- the waitresses even know my order by heart: One each shredded beef, shredded chicken, & ground beef taco's ($8.85), a full order of rice ($5.49), and a large Dr. Pepper ($3.99). Please note thatthe taco's are prepared in the traditional way: Meat and tortilla deep fried, pinned, then garnished with twin cheese andshredded lettuce. Chips and salsa are served at no extra charge. A word about the salsa: It is extremely spicy and they do notoffer a mild version. The waitresses are extremely friendly and hard-working here, so be sure to tip generously. Linda's CasaTrejo Mexican Food is Highly Recommended. Read more

They are pricey but food is great. Salsa is bomb and they haven't decreased portions however they did add a 3% surcharge on all... checks to help with increase in food costs. Their lunch specials are the best deal to get. Def recommended. Read more
