Food is great! Service is horrible. There was at least 3-4 people working. Food was 20 minutes late and they gave us the wrong... order. When they turned around to get the right order they forgot about us for another few minutes. Read more
Ordered online for delivery. The delivery person left the pizza at the door, on the ground. No knocking. No doorbell. No... indication that it was there. The pizza was cold when we finally realized. Closest location to my house. Very typically crowded, with long waits for an order. It's gotten a little better since the height... of pandemic when orders were being cancelled due to staffing shortages, or being delayed by an hour plus. Still, not my favoriteplace to go. We usually get a classic cheese. Good value. Read more

They don't answer the phone and blame it on how busy they are. When you show up they give you an attitude about you being mad... they didn't answer the phone. One girl even made a comment while she walked by the caller id . Saying have fun! Gonna beawhile... Then the other had to make a slick comment too. The owner could obviously be making more money if they hired ppl withsome/ not alot but maybe just some customer service skills. Read more
Went the other night before they closed a new worker wearing glasses gave me not one but 2 Undercooked pizzas and I asked for... both of them WELL DONE. I then asked for a pizza to be Crazy all Over and he only brushed on the butter not the rest of theCrazy all Over. Absolutely disgusting and horrible customer service to both Gentlemen that close the Yucaipa location downduring the week days and weekends.
