Listen, I know what you?re thinking. Who 5 starts a chain pizza place? Well let me tell you a story. There I was just wanting to... break my diet and eat 10,000 calories because I don?t have any mirrors in my room so it?s not like I have to look at myselfafterwards, when I open my pizza box to find.. you guessed it.. a pepperoni pizza with no pepperoni on it. I mean honestly, whatam I, a 6 year old? Absolutely not. So I call them up and they tell me I?ll get a free pizza next time I order. Well sure enoughthe time once again came when I was feeling like whaling out the Parmesan cheese. I call them up again to get my pizza, mystuffed bread, and chicken wings because I need these calories like the moon needs another crater. The lady on the other endsays, ?One moment please. Okay great, to make up for last time?? ya da ya da. Your whole order is free. So yeah. That?s the sortof problem solving, customer retaining, business earning behavior that gets your common pizza chain a 5 star rating. Read more
I had an awful experience using Groupon for Papa John's! But.....the manager from Papa John's IS AMAZING! He was so professional... and genuine....He couldn't fix what groupon did but he made it right on his end. He surely needs a raise! Wonderful manager! Read more
I love Papa John's but at this location I will no longer order from. The last 3times my pizza was raw and they said they put it... on a timer, I had to put in my own oven smh. They made me feel like I was lying. But my fav lemon garlic wings I love is onlything that is always perfect. Read more
This is the BEST pizza place in town. Best quality and taste. The staff is extremely professional and well trained. I?ve ordered... from every pizza place in town and it?s all been greasy and tasted stale. THIS Papa Johns has always tasted fresh and nevergreasy. Papa John's Pizza located in the family friendly city of Yucaipa,California features a great menu of classic pizza favorites... like pepperoni,sausage and beef as well as vegetarian friendly and specialty pizzas as well-freshly and promptly made. Weordered 2 of their 14" pizzas with veggies on their really tasty fresh thin crust and they were really hot and delicious! Theyhave lots more items on their menu including chicken wings,drinks and desert items as well. The Papa John's Yucaipa staff werereally friendly,courteous and helpful too!
