Staff is disrespectful, does not read your order back, the food has made me sick, last time I stopped in a hurry to feed my 4yo... both up us threw up. Slow service. Gentleman had pull to front and made me wait when there was only one other car. Got the food there was missing... items. I went through the drive thru to not get out of my car but I had to anyways to get the missing items. When I told the guyabout my missing items he really didn't care at all. Ordered a number 2 protein wrapper. Theu forgot one meat, also they put a sad piece of lettuce. Absolutely disgusting.
We stopped by and went through the drive thru.. When we got up to the window and paid they asked us to pull around to the... front..and that they would bring out our food. After a trip to Joshua Tree NP, I came by here during lunch on a moderately busy Thursday. My order included the Famous Star... burger with cheese. And six pieces of Chicken Stars?which were indicated as "served with a small fry portion and drink." Ienjoyed the above average burger but it couldn't prevent this one-star rating. The restaurant (clerk and manager present)refused to give me that small fry and drink. They insisted I get a combo. Eventually, they charged those included items asseparate add-ons. After moving on from the area, I contacted corporate. Corporate contacted this franchise. This franchisecalled me and insisted I stop by again in order for them to correct their mistake. A warning to out-of-towners: you are REALLYscrewed if this business cheats you. I'd moved on, a distance away, when this location reached out. I provided the receiptnumber and amount to refund. The manager acknowledged and then... nothing. For weeks, I gave them time to see if a refund wouldcome through. To see if this review was needed. Indeed, my review is necessary.
