Had lunch with friends after our morning hikes. Server didn't get some of the orders right. Some of the orders were not... registered. We waited too long. The table wasn't ready with utensils. We had to ask for it. Asking for napkins so many timeswith different server and still didn't received the napkins. Even the manager didn't give us the napkins. Won't be stoppinghere again. First visit to a IHOP in around 4 years. Great service. Very friendly. Easy/quick to order. Food good at good prices.
Amazing restaurant and crew working 09/14/22. Maille went above and beyond and so did her crew celebrating my father birthday... last night. A table of 11 and only a crew of 4 made our night. ? Too sexy for my pancakes? made an appearance to present myfather his birthday cake and this by far will be the most memorable moment !! We appreciated the customer service and our foodwas great. I ordered the Big Steak Omelet with wheat toast and Decaf coffee. The toast and coffee was good. The omelet had no taste to it... at all. The waitress was very understanding and took the omelet meal off the bill. First time eating there and may be the lastfor me. Read more
Went here today to enjoy some lunch. I was seated at around 1:20pm, given a menu and was told that the waiter will be with me... shortly. I browsed the menu and decided to get the chicken burger with a couple minutes of looking. I waited 5 minutes, 10minutes, 15 minutes with even being acknowledged. That is not "shortly". 20 minutes had gone by and I decided to eatelsewhere. Very poor service. This is the reason Carrows and Sizzler shut down. Carrows was a much better restaurant too. Food is actually good, but I don't know WHAT is going on with the kitchen staff. 4 of them were fighting among themselves... instead of doing any work while the sweet waitress, Kaitlyn, pretty much had to run the place alone. We heard her ask 3 separatetimes for our food. One lady (black, shaved head) had headphones in texting, pretending to drink from a water bottle while shewatched the door, one of the cooks (white one, with a beard) was literally staring at a wall, and someone else (dreadlocks) justwent missing.
