I love Jack in the Box and miss it since we don't have them anywhere near me in North Dakota or Minnesota. The location was... clean, the staff friendly, service was fast. And the price? Can't complain about two tacos for $1.39. Read more

Food wasn?t good and customer service was also poor. I bought 3 meals and one roost fry I got parked out front. Waited about 15... minutes or so I was the only car parked up front besides a van with two women who came out from dining inside. Celeste broughtme my order and was extremely rude. I had my receipt out for her to look at and she said ?man I need to look closer to make surethis food is yours? the way she said it was mean by the tone and look on her face. I mean is this how customers get treated forspending more money? I loved jack in the box but I will not go to yucca valley jack in the box ever again. Read more
Super good food! Super friendly staff. I have taken an uploaded 1815 pictures as a Google guide. This was the first place to ask... me why then we're totally cool about it when I explained. So, tell me... does this look hot? It is not. It's like they took it from the fridge and put it in the box. This was... yesterday and I thought just maybe it may be hot today, it was wishful thinking. I'm not sure why everything is cold here now. They have a great staff. Everyone is pleasant and help full but, this doesn't help the food. That's why I'm giving them a twostar because of the staff. Get it together people, or you lost a customer. Read more
We waited 27 minutes from the time we ordered til the time we received our food. When we got home the food was still good except... our grilled chicken sandwiches. They use to grill the sourdough bread to a nice golden crisp but not anymore. It's barely eventoased now which was disappointing. Read more
