Tonight was chaotic, late orders, inpatient people.. but i got to give props to the guy at the head of the shop today.. he never... stopped moving it was a 2 man show...he prepped and took orders always kept his composure despite customers complaining heconstantly moved provided the best customer service possible even despite the chaotic environment. Dude deserves a raise andthen some.. hats off to you and not once did anyone ask his name despite being praised by some of the customers waiting! Read more

This little Caesars has gone down hill. My order today was the worst ever. My order has mushrooms on the pizza...they were 100%... obviously canned mushrooms. If you're out of something, just say. The crazy bread was absolutely dry, nothing on it. Read more

The worst service ever! They need to get it together at this place! Train your employees THE RIGHT WAY! YOU GUYS are lacking on... every level of customer service! You have ZERO experience in meeting expectations of fast hot ready pizza! Your customerswaiting an hour and half or more for small orders. Then you cant get that right. Sad sad place indeed, How hard is it to make apizza? My 1st job making pizzas at age 14. I never once had a service issue getting the food out to my customers ON TIME! Youhave the old manager from popeyes now who couldn't keep up with the orders from popeyes. You really need a re-do of your entireteam! The 2 men who I give Awesome Props to are your Asst manager Aaron, and Thurston who know what their doing and can keep upwith an f16! Kudos to these 2 young men! Not sure what's up with our local Little Ceasars but the last 2 times my husband has tried to bring a pizza home from them they... closed early. Store and online say open til 10 pm. Why are they closing before 9 pm? If they don't have enough people oringredients maybe they should change their hours. Read more

Hard to leave a good review when you can't get them to pick up the phone... tried a few nights ago and again tonight, no answer.... I get that it could be busy but that's when you say I'm sorry please hold for a moment! I could order online but there's noplace for comments such as "cooked well done" you have to ask for well done as it seems to be undercooked most of the time in myopinion.. also online gives no choice to pay with cash upon arrival. We ordered pizza there 3 days ago we didn't just get the cheap pizzas we got $40 worth of pizzas. Which is still cheap. However... there behind us was also put in custom orders we are in front of them the people behind us got their food first and when wefinally got our food we found hair in the pizza the other pizzas look as if they just threw a handful toppings on them it didn'tlike me at all presentation was terrible wasn't nice and neat like it usually is the pizza was half cooked they try to give usbread sticks to make up for the fact that we got her order last when we ordered first the breadsticks were terrible they forgotto put salt on them I didn't even know to this day you can even mess up a pizza that bad we called corporate left a message theynever called us back before that we called the store 5 times and they want to even bothering to pick up the phone I would haddrove an over there if I wasn't 20 miles away and starving to death more than likely will never go back if I have to spend $40on three pizzas which is totally fine I rather just spend $40 on one pizza that I know that'll be good and cooked right.
