Waited for fresh decaf but must have gotten the last of the old pot, bitter and not very hot but I was already in my car and did... not have time to go back. I choked it down while driving 400 miles north but it sure would have been nice if it had tasted good. Read more

I Waited nearly twenty minutes before even being able to order. Right when it's my turn at the resgister, the cashier leaves. ... Are you FN kidding me? Doesn't even acknowledge my presence. So eventually I ordered at the kiosk after waiting another 10minutes, took my number and waited at the table for my order at the table and it was never brought over like they usually do. Ifinally received my two Small Macks; yes I had to order two because they are no longer big. I'm telling my boss to no longergive me a Sshhittt Donald's gift card. This McDonald's was near Joshua Tree National Park. The Cheeseburgers and fries were good and hot. However, our Apple Pie was... cold. After ordering, food is delivered to your table. Nice touch. Read more
The manager needs to speak to the employees regrading customer service. You can tell they don?t want to be working there and let... that determine how they treat the customers. The job isn?t hard and neither is preforming good customer service. If you hateyour job that much go to school and get a better job. Until then treat your customers with respect.
