Worst Starbucks ever. Staff was fumbling and tumbling like idiots and can't even make a HOT Matcha Latte. Barista got mad AT ME... cuz THEY didn't make the correct drink that I PAID FOR. They had a lot of people and I guess they were flustered. But whenyou're asking me 3 times to see what I ordered just to give me the wrong thing that's just stupid. And they "Remodeled" butreally they stuck to the same tight space layout so they definitely didn't remodel the lobby. Definitely my worst Starbucksexperience ever. Read more
Always the best service. I usually leave in a better mood because of it! Oh and of course their coffee makes me happy too. :)
I have never been here but I am giving it five stars only because my favorite social media influencer couple of all time came by... here LLOL . Starbucks should have more lactose free and gluten free ingredients by the way. Read more
Terrible customer service courtesy of Derik. Not acknowledged at drive thru; he never took my order nor paid attention when I... pulled up to drive thru window. Drove away assuming Starbucks was closed & then noticed additional cars arriving & placingorders, successfully, at the drive thru. Went inside & filed complaint. This place sucks. 0 stars. The last two times I ordered here, well in advance, long waits. The last time 7/2022 I was on my way... to work. I Ordered well in advance. Place was dirty looking. My order was not ready. Mariah asked if I had a phone order I saidyes and gave my name. 5 more mins later another Barista asked to see my phone. Order still not completed. I had to leave. Waiteda total of 15 minutes for a phone order. Never received. Charged 11.00 no credit. No refund. Just gave away $. Do not go here. Read more
The lady working her took her sweet time cleaning the rest room coming back and forth knowing that u need to use it? i told her... i will wait coz i am also waiting for my order, even then she informed me 3 times to use the restroom at Deltaco near by whereits gross.. i spent my money to buy Starbucks coffee i deserve to use the rest room, i need to travel 2 more hours before i canget another restroom.. looks like customer service in this Location is not a priority!!! Definitely not up to the expectations I have of a Starbucks location. It was insanely busy, and just seemed to be chaos. The... order ahead option took even longer than the 15 minute ETA. Quality was low - A latte was just a piping hot milky coffee.Restrooms were a disaster. So many people lingering outside - are they meeting, waiting, standing in line to order? All of theabove?
