Says they close at 9, got there 5 mins before 8 and as I was walking up they turned the lights off.

You can read about everything in the other reviews and these issues still exist. Bathroom is always "broken". Door's closer or... whatever reason is heavy has been like that since COVID. Store closes whenever they feel like it. They'll tell you the lobby'sclosing just so they don't have to clean up after you. Has the audacity to say there's a tip function. The front door is extremely heavy and broken when you open it and it is never a priority to be fixed. You walk in and the place... is not welcoming, very warm and unfriendly staff. Went during a lunch rush and there was 1 employee in the building. When itcame time for us to order, another employee walked in from the back door and set his stuff down, proceeded to come to the frontand make our sandwiches?.didn?t wash his hands?this left me very unsettled and then when he began to make the sandwich that Ihad waited 30 minutes for?they were out of the meat I wanted. I was so frustrated I gave up and said I was going to take mybusiness elsewhere since I wasn?t even sure I wanted to eat the sandwich after the unhygienic employee who was also leaning overmy sandwich as he was making it and his clothing was touching it. This subway is terrible, they never turn on their open Sign and every time I go in there they never seem to want to help, they... always have some reason why they can?t make the sandwich you want, like for example all the meat is frozen, or the toaster isdown for cleaning at 6:30????? Pretty disappointed. Online store hours said they close at 8pm so I drove over got there around 7:35ish don't know the exact... number I just knew it was before 7:40pm, I didn't even get one foot in the door and the worker stopped me to say she wasn'ttaking anymore customers. Then the kicker for it all was that I just said "no worries" and as I was walking out the customer shewas serving told me "Yeah she's working to hard, sorry! (sacastically). Wonderful experience, my hubby is hard to please when fixing a sandwich for him, thus, Grace?s customer service skills were... SUPERB made him happy his sandwich was just like home made I wish all Subway servers were like her polite but very professionalThank you Grace!!!! This location always seems to make a huge mess of the sandwiches they put together. They consistently cut the bread wrong and... make it too thin on the bottom which makes the sandwich crumble when you try to bite in to it. This mess of a sweet onionchicken teriyaki was everywhere today. It tasted good but what a mess. I will say that the staff working here today wasextremely friendly. They both had smiles on their faces and were talkative which is why I gave them a 4 instead of a 3. Good jobstaff. Now just learn to make a sandwich neatly. Read more
