This is a great place to eat as both restaurants are hard to find in this area. My kids loved the frosted mug rootbeer float.
I only ever get the Root Beer Float but it's always good would recommend.
Been standing here for 5 minutes, no one has even said hi. It's impressive to see 5 people avoiding eye contact.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Suppose 1 star works because the Papa burger was very good but it took literally 10... minutes to get it. Add to that the drive up speaker system barely works and the girl taking the order spoke in a whisper andthe whole ordering process was the worse I've had in decades. Seriously. Long John silver's offers an all you can eat fish and chicken including sides ( the add says it's $7.99 ---- but they charged ... $8.99 . Plus drinks. ) the fish taste old ( rubbery). Even the fries were nasty. Greasy, bad. I recommend you stay away fromthis location. Read more
It's rare that I walk into a restaurant and immediately want to bolt. This place was one of the most disappointing... establishments I've been to in years. The guy at the checkout counter kept asking our party to repeat their order because he washard of hearing. That's a terrible first impression and a bad move on management. We were also told that there was no ice creamof any kind for floats, malts or anything else they had advertised all over the nasty place. All of that aside, the food was notup to the standards I'm used to from this particular chain. The hand crafted root beer was also rather flat. This place was terrible! I normally do not leave reviews, but this was awful. They did not have fries which was understandable,... but the burgers they gave us were cold like refrigerator cold, the order was completely wrong, the Rootbeer float and freezeswere warm and running all over the cups. The onion rings and cheese curds were burnt, we waited around 20 minutes for cold food.They had locked the door to where you could not go in to correct the order. The employees seemed like they were not trained anda simple order was completely overwhelming to where they threw everything in the bag cold or burnt, we spent $45 on food weliterally had to throw away. We will not be back I?m just hoping nobody gets food poisoning from the little bits that were triedbefore trashing. This is completely unacceptable and if I owned this restaurant and it was ran this way I would be embarrassedand mortified. Read more
