Worker came out w food then blew snot out if his nose after giving us the food. Called manager and explained and manager hung up... on me. Then I called back and he ignored my call. So I will not be coming back and have let everyone in town know what happened. Read more
My last visit was a "to go" order. I went inside to make absolutely sure that everything was made correctly as I was responsible... for 3 friends' dinners as well as my own. There was a young lady behind the counter who had a huge smile and had a vanilla shakefor one of the meals in front of me before I had even finished the order! She was kind and quick and the friendliest person I'veseen in a while in a "fast food" restaurant. All the orders were correct and it was ready pretty quickly. Also, the new "hushpuppy breaded fish filets" are really good BUT they are really small so I recommend getting the 5 piece instead of the 3piece. My only (slightly) negative comment was that I had 2 bags of food in front of me on the counter and asked for Arby'sSauce and instead of just giving me some, the manager stepped up and said "well, is your order to go?" Then pointed to thecondiment area where you could pump cups of sauce... I replied "yes, I have 4 to go orders here" and she finally gave me a fewpackets. Is there a sauce shortage or something? Is Arby's going broke off of wasted sauce? I dont understand the issue here. Ifyour customer asks for sauce, PROVIDE IT! Don't be stingy about sauce packets and if they're that valuable to you, CHARGE FORTHEM! I honestly had a good experience there til I was made to feel like a criminal for asking for a condiment. When we came in the person that waited on us asked how we were, we said fine how are you, she said I've been better. Obviously... there was some tension with the employees. Not a completely clean table in the whole restaurant. All had crumbs or not wipeddown..beef and cheddar and Giro were ok, fries were cold. Yelling in the background between employees. Medium curly fries had a few curly fries on top but under them were little pieces almost to the bottom. Roast beef slider was... almost warm. quick service. They werent busy. Poor quality meat and fries. Paid about 12$ not worth it at all. Wont return.Taco casa right across the tastes a whole lot better. Read more
Worst experience ever. Ordered three French dip and Swiss sandwiches and didnt even get the au jus with it. The employee inside... pushed the cups forward with her foot, dropped to go bag on the floor and proceeded to put our food in it anyway. Read more
I ordered the the pecan chicken salad sandwich. There was more bread than anything else. Could not even taste the pecan. People... were friendly at the store in Yukon. Food was not worth the price. Read more
Worked at both locations. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! ???????? Employees who are minors (16) Using weed pens in the bathroom, high on... the job. Oil does not get changed ALL DAY. They're understaffed so they skip changing it because it "takes too long" So thesame oil from 10am is used until 10pm. All the burnt crumbs, blood from the waiju burgers, etc is all being cooked into yourfood. Stations unsanitary, doesn't get cleaned due to little staff and the meat slicer NEVER GETS WIPED DOWN. Your roast beefis touching greese and old meat that's been sitting there all day. Desserts left in the open to cool off, flies landing in themalmost always. Milkshake machine had blue stuff inside. Presumably mold but manager said "use it until it runs out" Customersgot served moldy milkshakes. I beg of you avoid this place for your own health. Your stomach will thank you!!! Read more
