Having worked fast food most of my life I understand being under staffed and training new staff. My problem tonight was that... even though I paid in change for my double dip of ice cream, I could hear the young lady who took my change making fun of me forpaying in change. She then proceeded to yell that she needed help because she couldn't count the change correctly. Another younglady came over and she also struggled to count the change. I just want management to know that you might inform your staff thateven though the window is closed, the customer can still hear everything that is being said, even over the headsets to otheremployees. The one good thing about this visit was that my ice cream was really good and not melting for once. Please do betterto encourage customers to come back again. Read more

What has happened to the service and food at this local Braum?s in Yukon? We ordered two bacon cheese burgers with French... fries, 1 DP and. 1 Milk shake. The French fries were cold and limp. My DP was half full. It appeared that it foamed up andthey lidded it and didn?t care if it was full or not. Something has changed at this Braum?s as we have eaten at this store FORYEARS! We received no ketchup and that I understand, if you want ketchup, you can ask for it. But, we were not given anynapkins to use for our meal. That I DO NOT understand. This is the third time we have gotten a meal that was not worth themoney, we won?t try again. Read more

Good food, friendly employees and a clean bathroom!! As always we enjoyed our visit. I did notice the light cover in the... bathroom needs to be cleaned as well as the vents out in the dining room (they are terribly dirty)! Read more
Braums hamburgers are disgusting mushy nasty. You all used to have decent burgers. Also your fries are cold and taste like old... grease. just gross slop. Wish I could give zero stars Read more
My husband stops frequently for an ice cream mix as his evening treat. Sometimes they're light on the mix ingredient (????).... Other than that no complaints. Read more
