This store is the worst I?ve been in from the franchise, they had me 55 minutes in the drive thru with a long line of cars... behind and infront of me. I couldn?t even leave cause the cars were literally kissing each other car and the line never moved. Idecided to leave my car and come in to ask for my order, and the employees were really rude when I asked them about my order.Iwill NEVER buy anything there again. The worst service ever. If you don?t have the right amount of people to work the drive thru, DONT OPEN IT ! COME ON there?s no way you need 55 minutes for only an omelet. Read more
We ordered a Bacon cheeseburger with no onions and no lettuce and a chicken strip dinner that didn't come with a drink unless... you paid extra. After we paid the manager stated they were out of bacon, ok so got a free upgrade on the drink size tocompensate for no bacon. We get our food and his cheeseburger was full of lettuce and onions with leftover broken chunks ofburnt bacon and I myself broke a tooth on the overcooked chicken strips. Read more
Staff was just not friendly and the cones my kids got were significantly different they were supposed to be smalls one was like... an xl and the other was a small which as a parent is fun to then hear arguing over from the kids and the bathroom was just amess but is any braums actually good? Service was short today. Saw one good employee working hard while the others didn't do much at all, and when asked to help they... responded "we'll do it later". Store needs lots of help. Read more
Your expo team needs a little more attention. Ordered chili and a large fry. Medium fries in a large container, and cold. Sour... cream, was half and half creamer. Do napkins cost extra? None in the bag. C?mon, do better Braums Read more
Order a no.1 with Dr. Pepper with extra frinch fry and a chocolate shake. Got all the way home and no extra fry. Not happy about... that ???? my order was around 11:30 my order no. was 201. The frys that came with no.1 were cold and hard. Part of the meatpatty was missing. ???? meal Read more
The service and foods were excellent!! Our burgers came out exactly how we ordered them!! Rare in this day and age! We've never... had their signature sauce so she gave us a cup of it- delicious!!! We ate then went back for ice cream!???? Read more
Worst service I?ve ever received. I was in drive through for 10-15 minutes for someone to take my order. Then when I said hello,... Ridley stated yet again they will be with me in a moment. Mind you a moment is not long. If your short staffed and unable toaccomplish your customers I rather you close then to have someone waiting that long. Very unprofessional!!!!!! As I?m still inline waiting to place my order. I wrote this whole paragraph! Do not happy and will not come here EVER AGAIN if this is theservice your giving.
