A surprising gem in a little strip mall. Chelino's is an established name in okc so the food quality should come as no... surprise. Got seated quickly on a Thursday night, quick service with a fast turn around on our order. Food was excellent. Onlyknock is that we weren't offered refills on queso/salsa nor were we offered a sopaipilla (we could've asked) but those aregivens in most other restaurants of this variety. Read more

The food is very good. I would've given another star except for one thing: they recently brought in used chairs for every table.... These chairs look like they're twenty years old. They're covered in fabric that is stained and smelly. The powers that bemust've got them at an old restaurant sale cheap! It almost made me nauseous to eat there. We were seated right away. Cheese was okay, Salsa had a good flavor not to spicy. Don Rogelios especial is what I ordered, it... had good flavor. I left the salsa ranchera on the side, it wasn't spicy tho it was a warmed up salsa with a tomato flavor.Overall it was good and I will more than likely go back again! Read more

Chelino?s has been a family favorite for years and they consistently have great food. We were excited when Chelino?s came to... Yukon, and it has grown to be one of the best in the OKC metro. One of our particular favorite salsas here is the cilantrosauce. It?s a warm salsa, not too spicy, but has a truly original flavor that we love. This visit, I decided to change things upand got the Super Mama?s Salad with fajita beef. I really enjoyed the flavor of the meat with all of the other ingredients ofthe salad and it was a great meal. Mrs. Flip Out got one of her Chelino favorites, the Alan Especial. It?s basically like combofajitas with a bright, spicy sauce, and she really likes it any time she orders it. If you haven?t tried Chelino?s, give it atry the next time you want Mexican food. Read more
