I have been to 3 different chicken expresses today: chickasha, Yukon, and now mustang. (I'm addicted to the ice!!! Lol) BUT I... have just been charged almost TWICE the amount, $1, for 2 cups of ice as everywhere else, .54 cents!!! When I asked about it, Iwas told that they had to "go up on their prices". I understand inflation, and that each store is owned by individuals, BUTALMOST TWICE THE PRICE IN AN 1 1/2?!???!!!! I realize that it's just ice now, but with 4 teen boys at home, we eat chickenexpress a lot, not to mention the youth group trips there. So, we will NOT BE BACK TO THE ONE IN MUSTANG, OK! Read more
This is about the tenth time they have got my order wrong in the drive thru and we get home and have to deal with the wrong... order, I will not be going back to this Chick-fil-A in Yukon anytime soon! I suggest if anyone goes to this Chick-fil-A, triplecheck your order before leaving! Read more

This place used to be 5 stars. Idk if it?s new management or just the fact that other places are catching up to them. My biggest... complaint of everything is the fact that when you order fries no matter the size they fill it only halfway up. Like are theyrunning low on them or something? It seems like this Chick is always hit or miss, and sadly the past couple of times it has been miss. I?m a big Chick-fil-A... person, but today when I stopped in I found my mobile order was not correct again, and I received an order of eggs instead of abreakfast bowl. I guess I should have checked my own order to confirm the accuracy before making the drive home. Disappointed tosay the least, especially from Chick-fil-A. Read more
This place always has good food. Although the curbside parking needs to be flipped around so it can be accessed from the road. ... I frequently have to wait 15 minutes in the drive through line just to access the curbside lot. Also they need to remove theyellow poles in the drive through. They didn?t have them for the longest time, now big trucks(including mine) can?t fit throughthe drive though because they can?t swing wide around the corner. I?ve mentioned it to a few employees and their answer is ?ohit?s OK people hit them all the time?. I don?t want to hit anything in a $75k truck! Read more
