Pretty yummy, standard Chili's experience! We were seated with no wait in a small 2-chair table booth, but it only felt cramped... at first. Our waitress was Lyric, and she did a good job of taking care of us and checking in. They have a new 'three for me'deal that we weren't expecting, but we ordered it. We got the Dip Trio (not to be confused with their Triple Dipper, who namedthese? lol) and everything came out warm. Their salsa is zesty, not too spicy, and their skillet queso is very yummy. I orderedtheir Santa Fe Grilled Chicken Salad, and it was flavorful. The sauce is a little too runny for me, so I probably wouldn't orderit again. My husband ordered their Crispy Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers and ate it all. He liked the heat on it, it wasn't toobad. Overall, not a bad experience. We'll be back! Read more
The poor server appeared to be around 16 and was getting no support by other staff. We waited over 45 min to get our food. When... it finally came out, several orders were wrong and had been sitting so long the sauce had congealed on some entrees. I?ve beento this location a few times over the years and have consistently had negative experiences. The server was pleasant but themanagement seems lacking. The friendliness of our server is the only reason they didn?t get a 1 star. Read more
Food was really good. Servers were... not rude; but not friendly either, and never stopped by the table after we got our food,... didn't smile, nor ever refill our drinks. We had empty cups practically since we sat down. Servers should at minimum: smile,keep drinks topped off, and to some frequency check up on customers. If customers service was spot on. This place wouldotherwise deserve 5 stars. Read more
Chili's is chili's right. It seemed to be a well managed location though and the food was good. Ate at the bar had a few beers... and they were cold and tasted good. Can't ask for alot more. I would give 5 stars but I can't because it's just that chili'satmosphere you know not bad but not special, but would definitely come back, great place to stop after work you know. Read more
I went to this location on my 7year olds request. It was her birthday and not long prior we were there and they sang happy... birthday to someone. She wanted to come here so they would sing. Even when we were seated the waitress told her she would getsang to. I waited for quite some time after all finished with meal and finally asked if they were going to sing. She said no onewould do it with her. I didn?t let it ruin anything even though my 7year old was a bit upset, I just called to speak with amanager later that night. I was told I would be compensated, through email given vouchers or something and have not. I Had tosplit my bill between two different credit cards to pay for it. And I tipped the waitress around $40. She just wanted to be sangto, she genuinely was really excited about it. Had a good meal but nothing absolutely amazing. I have no complaints other than spending $100 on a dinner for 4.
Chili's is always awesome. I have never had a bad experience here. Today was even better than ever! Our waiter was new, but... probably the absolute best waiter I have had the pleasure of being served by. Darius is just amazing! We got to speak with themanager on duty and was pleased to hear about all the great things that Darius has been doing. I hope he rewards him with araise and all the hours he wants. The manager Roberto is fantastic in customer care and works along with his staff. Awesome!!! I would like to see the younger... employees interact more and greet the customers more. Also, I believe they would see a greater return in theircompensation. It's good to see anyone show up for work during these shortages in employment, but to show skills is a winner! Read more
