ALWAYS THE SAMS ISSUE AT THIS LOCAT! Came in around 7P.M. on two separate occasions and you wouldn't believe it if I told ya,... they were OUT OF BREAD!!! Second time in a row we?ve had a bad experience with an Oklahoma City metro jersey Mike?s. Literally the same issue I had with... the one on memorial was done here. We ordered a large amount of sandwiches, a dozen giant mixed variety sandwiches, which nonewere labeled. I called multiple times to try to talk to someone to see if they could tell us what was in the order (please playsomeone else for the party) and no one answered the phone even after calling 4 times. Needless to say only one of the sandwicheswere right it?s very disappointing after spending over $200, that there was no service or cares given by this place. We ordered on DoorDash, the order from the restaurant took forever for sandwiches and the order was wrong! The receipt on... DoorDash and from Jersey mikes was correct so whoever is making the sandwiches needs more training. We ordered 2 nights in a rowsince our kids really wanted it and BOTH nights the orders were wrong and took forever. Very disappointed. I called to informthe manager so hopefully they can correct the issue since it?s a store issue and not door dash?s fault but? no answer. Read more
Do not order online at Garth Brooks. Location. 2 sandwiches supposed to be ready at 12:05pm. Arrived and told by cashier it... was being made. After waiting 20 minutes and watching them make only sandwiches for those in line, I decided to get in line. Waited another 20 minutes in line and when got up to counter, they had not started the sandwiches. They had not even printed itto make them. They had to go look it up and print it to make the two mini sandwiches. I could have had the sandwiches fasterby walking in and ordering than to order in advance on their mobile app. Read more
Love the food but they need to hire someone to clean. All the tables were empty but had crumbs and food left on them. The food... prep area is left a mess at all times. That can't be sanitary. Read more
The food is great, however the guy at the register acted cranked off to do anything. I asked for extra vinegar and oil. He was a... complete horses tail about it. I'm a disabled veteran, talk about him getting angry when I used my Oklahoma no sales tax card.Like I put him out. Me add my sister spent over $60 bucks together on our meals. Having a decent acting person taking your money- should be a no brainer. Been to that store several times when I'm in the area. But this was my worst experience. But on a plusside the food was great. Wow. Simply wow. Order online for their Saturday free delivery. Stated 45 min delivery time. Took over TWO AND A HALF... HOURS.......and guess what, when the food finally got to my door. BOTH SANDWICHES WERE WRONG. DIDNT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS AT ALL,AND DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO CUT THEM. Jersey Mike's, you just lost a loyal customer. Absolutely unacceptable. Read more
There was a cashier guy who was a little rude to an elderly customer asking about caffeine content in a fountain drink.... Otherwise I was treated fine and the cheesesteak was great. Read more
