The food was so great BUT the real reason for the rating was the experience that the two waitresses provided. They were very... short staffed, with only two servers for the whole restaurant. However, the service they provided blew us away. These poor girlswere working their butts off but were on top of everything! Hardly any wait times and they were so kind! This review is lower based just on service. My wife and I went fairly early, 4:30 pm and we were the only ones in there at... first. We ordered 2 beers and an appetizer right away. Got our beers and ordered entrees. Another couple came in shortly after.Got our appetizer fairly quickly, it was only bread and oil. In the mean time, the other table received their app and salad. Bynow our beer glasses are empty. We have not seen our waitress since ordering entrees. Our salads finally come out, and the othertable has their entrees. My wife's salad had brown lettuce in it. Still no waitress to check on us. When our entrees finallycome out we are able to order a couple more beers. Luckily the food was good. We would go back for the food and hopefullyservice will be better. Read more
I got sick of the cold food, horrible service, argumentative staff, and flat-out disrespectful management of the South side... Johnny Carino's, so I drove from Moore to Yukon, and it was perfect. Great service, hot food, the appetizer was actually served1st. I even enjoyed a very well-made old-fashioned... I will probably never return to the one on the South side... We were in Yukon, OK and my daughter wanted Italian so we stopped here. Our first time dining here and we absolutely love it!!... Plenty of parking, very clean, great service (I think our bartender/server name was Chris) and excellent food. My pasta wascooked perfectly and delicious!!! This is absolutely on my favorites list now. They give you fresh bread to tear apart andflavored olive oil to dip it in that is very tasty. We didn't have to wait long for our food. We went on a Friday early eveningaround 4pm which come to find out is the perfect time to go because we beat the 5 o'clock dinner rush. It started to fill upfast. We were seated in a both in the lounge. If you haven't had the opportunity to dine here I strongly suggest it. Price isvery reasonable for the quality and amount of food you are served. We will definitely be returning!! I had the Grilled ChickenBowtie Festival and my daughter had Spaghetti and Meatballs and for dessert we shared chocolate cake which was absolutelydelicious, everything was!!!!! Read more

Threw my youngest sisters sweet 16 here. Our whole ginormous family was here to celebrate. No reservation required but we did... call in advance to warn them. The staff did an awesome job of keeping up with our orders. They also went above and beyond tohelp out with the birthday party. Supplying us extra plates, silverware, tin Tupperware for splitting up the cake to take homebetween family members & extra bags. They cleaned up more than I expected then to do. Amber, our server, was pleasant and made sure our drinks were continuously filled, food was served hot and in a timely manner. ... Portion servings were large enough to take home for another meal.
