Do you like nasty dirty food , ok! Then here is The burger felt on the floor and he still want to give it me. After I... complained then he acted like he changed it , where I were seeing what he was doing. I ask for the manager then act there isn'tany in this location. I keep calling the location number but it's out of service. This is fake McDonald's or what!! In myopinion, McDonald's corporation should do something with this location. What this location has become is entirely sad. I personally know the previous owners of this McDonald?s, and to see how it is... conducted currently is just sad. I have been a customer a handful of times in the past three months, and every single timesomething from my order is not correct. Today for example, i had ordered a double cheeseburger with a medium fry and a mediumcoke. As well as two double cheeseburgers cheese and ketchup only. What I got out of my order was one correct doublecheeseburger, a dr.pepper, and two double cheeseburgers with mustard, pickles and onions. Got there about noon to pick up my mobile app order. Wait time was about 5 minutes, food was room temperature. Ordered frozen... cokes and they were about halfway melted when I got them. The placement of this McDonald's is horrible! There should definitelybe an easier way to pull in and out and the parking lot should be a lot bigger. There are so many restaurants crammed into thatsmall area that there's no room for the traffic to flow. I'll be avoiding that one from here on out. Read more
Not sure what it is about this particular McDonald's but they always seem to have stale food and it's hit and miss whether or... not they're sodas and milkshakes are available. I live around the corner and literally it's 50/50 whether or not and comeaway. Disappointed Read more
Ordered 3 meals didn't even put straws in the bag. Sandwich said no catsup add mayo but had nothing ask for unsweet tea ask... again at window they said it was unsweet it was sweet tea. Called in they acted like, so what. Read more
We came twice today to the drive thru. The first time was for breakfast, they don't sell burgers till after 10:30. We ordered,... paid and all was great. The second time, my daughter wanted to go back for a late lunch to get her burger she wanted so to thedrive thru we went again. We ordered for 3 people, 2-#3's and #1, two dr.peppers and a large chocolate shake. At 3:54 p.m. theline was at a standstill. It took us forever to pay at the first window, then sit and wait for the next window. By the time wegot there they handed us the two dr. peppers and asked us to wait in the reserve parking spot and an employee would bring outour food. We were the first to park there so I don't think they thought of telling those before us to do that. A young man cameup to our window with the food, I asked him about the shake and he said oh, they didn't give that to you already? No, theydidn't..he asked what size and went back in to get it, so we waited some more. I don't care for the food as much as my daughterdoes..the burger was okay, the fries were really salty, but the shake was good and I didn't need a spoon. I know we'll be backbecause my kids like it and it's conveniently located by the Super Walmart. Read more
In my 40 years of life this is the worst McDoanlds I?ve ever been to. I?ve been here around 10 times in the past year since... moving to Yukon and it?s always the same. The people taking your order barely speak English and just respond ?uh huh yeah ok?when you order. They don?t repeat it and I?ve had my order be wrong multiple times. They are short and rude and don?t speak atthe window. Just hand you your food and shut the window. Read more
