Seriously disappointed...went here about 830 in the evening. Online says they close at 930. We order and they were out of orange... chicken and the server rolled her eyes when I asked them to make some. They box up our food and leave it sitting there while wewait for 20 min for them to make the chicken. Once it's finished the lady took 10 more min to wipe down the food bar beforeputting the chicken out and making the rest of our food. We ask for it and the had to show our receipt where we purchasedit...even though we've been sitting there waiting on her to finish it. Finally we sit down to eat and it's all cold. They shutoff the machines so no refills on drinks. Also asked for a Togo order of orange chicken and was told the register is closed..at915. So we ask the drive thru to ring it up which he did. Place was clean and the workers were diligent, fast and kind. The food was hot and delicious! I got the walnut shrimp, orange... chicken and the lo mein- the shrimp was really good and they paired the walnuts with a sweet sauce! The combination was a nicesurprise. The orange chicken was really good with a small hint of heat (though I'm extremely sensitive to anything spicy so foryou it may not be at all) and the noodles were perfect. Read more
My mom ordered food here at 12:40 and I showed up to pick it up at 1. They said it would be a wait which I was ok with. I waited... until around 1:45 then I went through the drive thru hoping it would get done faster. The guy said to pull up to a parking spotand it'll be out in 5 minutes. Then 2 rolled around and I went back inside. The manager said she was making sauce for the orangechicken but I know for sure that it doesn't take a freaking hour. They didn't say sorry, give me anything for compensation oranything. I would have at least liked to know why it was taking so long before I waited an hour because I could've just asked mymom what she wanted instead. Read more
Really enjoyed the orange chicken. I was grateful that it wasn't very spicy. It was really flavorful! The chow mein noodles... were alright, but could have been better. Overall, it was a tasty meal. Read more
Portion ridiculously smaller than the one showed online in a messy leaky container and got only two and a broken half of Crab... Rangoon. My Beef w/Broccoli had only two small pieces of beef! With delivery service fees I paid over $18 for sub-par food. Willnot be ordering from them again!! Read more
Worst Panda Express I've ever been to, and I've been to one's all over in several states. I tried this one 3 times, before... leaving this review, so it's not a one time bad experience. The workers could care less if anything is done correctly. You willget overcooked or undercooked food. There will be absolutely no body else inside and they act if they are too busy to help you.Absolutely don't ask them for anything such as an extra saucer to split the large plate with your 3 year old, because 2 of themwill say something nasty to you about it. This place is great if you like waiting 30 minutes after you order to get your food while a third of the staff plays on their... phones. This is the second time I have had a horrible wait having to watch people come in after me and leave before me. Doyourself a favor and go anywhere else to eat. Read more
I would like to thank the owners of this Panda Express for being so diligent on their hiring capabilities, thanks to you I... happily walked out of your store and went across the street to eat and found a wonderful place which I will return to anytime Ihave the urge to eat at Panda Express, the new place I found took our order quick and let me pay for my meal with the samequickness and I have to say their food was much better with a fantastic atmosphere? so again thanks for hiring so many worthlessemployees?
