You better be hungry, but this was delicious! New place, serving some good chicken, fried or smoked. You get a half of a chicken... and a side, I had Fried Okra and my wife got Mac n Cheese. What we didn\'t realize is it came with endless salad and homemaderolls!!! Apple butter and butter for the rolls. Apple butter was delicious. Salad and rolls are delicious too. I\'m posting themenu too. My wife got the Lavender Lemonade and she was impressed! Very delicious and refreshing! We recommend at least a try!!!You will not be disappointed! Read more

Food was very good and was made fresh. Had the fried pickles and they were some of the best I have had. Biscuits were good and... they provided apple butter and butter. Salad was simple but fresh. Drinks were good that we got and they were strong. Chickentenders were good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience and will be going back. Read more

Amazing first experience! Great food at amazing prices. All sides are refillable and shareable. The corn bread has an out crust... with soft center and pairs amazingly will with the apple butter. Spicy tenders were very flavorful and moist.\n\nWe sat on thepatio and the staff were very nice to our dogs and brought them a water dish!\n\nHighly recommended and we will be returning! Read more

Our first try and we will definitely be back. Ranch salad (unfortunately my husband doesn\'t like ranch and they don\'t have... other dressing options), biscuits w/butter and apple butter, green chili corn and fried okra, we had chicken fry and Cajunchicken strips. Everything was so delicious. Our waitress was great and the manager walked around checking on us and othertables. We will definitely be back Read more

After hearing about Pauline’s concept, we were excited to give it a try. (It’s a very similar concept of Babe’s in the... DFW area, if you’re familiar with their restaurants.) We really enjoyed our experience. The wait staff was friendly andaccommodating. We decided to try both the fried chicken strips and the fried chicken. Little Flip Out had the kids fried chickenstrips. As a family style serving, you get biscuits, green beans, salad with the ranch dressing mixed in, mashed potatoes andgravy, and they are unlimited sides. We really enjoyed the biscuits, and thought they had good flavor and texture. Mrs. Flip Outliked the green beans. We all liked the salad, even Little Flip Out. What really stood out to us was the gravy. It wasdelicious! We thought the chicken was great; our order had perfectly fried chicken and chicken strips. They offer a long list ofsauces, and I ordered most of them to try, and each one paired nicely with the chicken. We definitely look forward to goingagain! Read more

Great food and great service! It is a must-try in Yukon! The family style dinners come with endless salad and biscuits (yeast... biscuits I think), with apple butter packed with notes of cinnamon and cloves. I got fried chicken, but honestly it was hard tochoose. You get two sides with your entree, and I went old school with mashed potatoes and gravy, and green beans. Don’t beexpecting ham hock and bacon grease in your green beans. I like that version too, but these were perfectly cooked with onionsand seasoning. Yum! The meal was BIG! You get a lot for your money, especially in these hard times. Don’t neglect the dessertthough. It is worth the extra full feeling you will get! I tried two to go - Buttermilk and the Derby Pies! Mouth-wateringdeliciousness! I WILL be back with all my friends, and I’m wearing looser pants next time! Read more

We visited Paulines for the first time tonight hoping for a great new restaurant to add to our rotation. Unfortunately we were a... bit disappointed. Some things were really tasty and others, like the chicken, were not. The chicken we had (four pieces andstrips) were strange. The pieces came out hot but the strips had been sitting a good while. But the most surprising things werethe complete lack of crispiness and the flavor of what I believe was chili powder. I love chili powder in my burritos but Idon’t think it works in southern fried chicken. I was expecting chip your teeth crunchiness and savory, salty goodness. Whatwe got was leathery batter and a weird sweet chili flavor. However, the mac and cheese was very good. The biscuits are notbuttermilk like you would expect, they were more like a baguette texture but very buttery. I think the okra was packaged but itwas still good. And the gravy seemed to be homemade, country style and delicious.\n\nI think this place could soar if it loweredthe prices a bit and changed the chicken to be much more crispy. I never do reviews, I just vote with my feet and never comeback, like most people. But I want to see this place become amazingly successful. Read more
