Wife and I had all you can eat ribs. We were never asked how many more we wanted just was brought 4 more ribs. When we finished... I still had 1 rib and my wife had 2. We ask if we could get a to get box to take what we had not eaten and was told NO by thewaitress. It took 6 minutes to get a glass of water with 4 standing at the register and 5 total customers which were alreadythere when we arrived. The all you could eat was always the last 4 of the slab which were dry and burned. We will not be goingback. Bad service and food. Read more
Rib crib in yukon was great and at a decent price we liked it
Ribs and corn were over cooked. Coleslaw was old. Server was inconsiderate, downright rude and pushy. Other servers hanging out... near kitchen gossiping. Terrible! Waste of our hard earned money! Do not recommend to anyone. Earls is still the place to gofor a good rib dinner ! Read more
Of course great food and atmosphere. They have it. But people like Peggy really make a huge difference!
Store was too cold to enjoy food, around 65 degrees. Wife tried the new ?tacos? but meat was too sweet. I brought my fries home... because were cold in minutes after served. Great friendly place to have a nice quite evening. I was super pleased with their service and staff. All of them were super... helpful and knowledgeable. So, went to RibCrib for the first time. The food is surprisingly good and very reasonable price. However, I am not impressed... with the attitude of the servers. They need a 180!! I get better service at Chick-Fil-A. I get you are short staff and you domore than just serve food but I cannot dine-in with the hostility some of the servers have. I really never want our waitressagain. Her first letter of her name starts with a C. She was impatient and rushing us to order, etc. Another Con of RibCrib isthey never have enough of potatoes, ribs, chicken, etc. If you run out of food, order more for next time. I will give themanother chance on dine-in but I really do not see much change. Read more
