I would like to say that this place has poor staff when you asked mgr a question he abruptly looks at you and says well just... look up at the board . the the chicken was cold everything was poor and very small portions for a bowl and the staff I just can't say enough how rude they are and the cost . I had a kids meal and he charged me for a side of guacamole and that'ssupposed to come with the kids meal . so whoever the owner is he needs to talk to these certain manager people and tell them notto be so mean to customers maybe you'll get more people in there. First impression is terrible from your staff. They spend moretime talking to each other even though there's a customer in front of them. Read more
Noticed they were understaffed when I first walked up. They're suppose to open up at 10:45. Didn't come to the door until 11:05... to only do pick up orders. Which I did a pick up order on my phone. But, another lady that was standing up there when me wantedto go inside to sit and eat. I got my pick up order. But, when he came back he proceeded to tell me I could do the drive thrunext time. What Mexican restaurant refuses to serve nachos? This one. And they weren't even nice about it, register staff confirmed that... they have all the ingredients for nachos, but kept repeating "I am not allowed to make you nachos". To be clear, staff who arenot empowered to at least *try* to help a customer get what they want is a leadership failure. Won't be visiting this storeagain as the staff are clearly not supported in the right way. Read more
Can't tell time! Well, this is the 3rd time in recent months that we have tried to eat here after church and ALL 3 times it has... been after the 10:45am opening time posted on the door that they were closed. This last time I was one of about 7 people waitingfor them to open on time. I was able to enter through the other patio door about 11:00am and the employee covered with piercingsand tattoos rudely said "were closed". I reminded him that it said they opened at 10:45. Instead of nicely saying "were runningbehind" or "come on in out of the sun, we'll be ready in about 5 or 10 minutes", he just rudely said "we don't have the fooddone, you have to leave". No problem here. We left, had a good lunch somewhere else and we will never go back. The other peoplewaiting went to Jersey Mike's. What a joke! They give you a half spoon of rice ( no , I'm not exaggerating!), a little but of leftover chicken ( God forbid you... ask if they have fresh one) and call it a burrito. Half the size you get at the nice, great rated Chipotle restaurant in anyother town but Yulee. Worst Chipotle I've ever been to! Shame on you guys! You're a joke Read more
There is a 50-50 chance that if you order the fajita veggie quesadilla you are going to get a plain cheese quesadilla. They do... not seem to understand that the fajita veggie quesadilla comes with fajita veggies in it. Twice now they have told me that theydo not put veggies on the quesadilla when it?s an actual menu option in the app. They don?t even know how to make things ontheir own menu. I love chipotle but I?ve ordered here 4 times and you?re skimping on the meat in the entrees. It makes me want to drive 30... minutes to go to river city so I can have some meat with my burrito and or taco. Coincidentally I ordered a quesadilla and ithad so much meat in it that I had to bust it open and pull it out. Please put meat in my burrito and taco first. That way Idon?t have only rice and toppings and a drizzle of meat. Also sometimes the chips aren?t crunchy enough and they?re justchewy. I hope it?s just new start up errors. I never have an issue with this location. My food is always warm, well made, and fast. Whether I do Togo through the drive up or... carry-out I never have an issue. Read more
