Bad customer service not pleasant or welcoming. Seems to be ran by young adults. The lattes are always too milky, and the cold... brew with cold foam is more of the same. I try to order so I actually taste the espresso/coffee but it always ends up tastinglike sugar milk/water. I don?t have this issue with any other place that serves coffee. I think it really comes down tomanagement. The crew needs more training. Maybe they feel undervalued, and therefore put little to no effort in their work.Invest in the employees and it will pay off! Ordered a hazelnut ice coffee with Splenda and cream. This is the second time at this location I didn?t get what I ordered. What... I got was a iced coffee with cream. No hazelnut at all. I go to Dunkin? because I don?t like Starbucks prices. But they get myorder correct. I even asked the guy making it if it was right. He said it?s made correct. I don?t have time to go back because Iwas in a hurry. I enjoy your coffee but I get flavor for a reason and when I don?t get it the coffee is not drinkable. May 2022 Update: This franchise started off at 5 stars but now I have to give it one star. I have actually been dissatisfied... with this franchise for the last several visits. I have kept giving second chances but yeah./ this new crew isn?t the same asthe crew I used to get my coffee from. I highly recommend the owner or general manager contact me so that I can explain myconcerns about this store and the specific team members who seem to be pushing regular customers away. Original review: Justmoved to the area and this is a super easy / accessible drive thru coffee option on my way to work in the morning. I love DunkinDonuts flavor swirls and I always ask for extra swirl in my coffee. The people who work at this location always make it right.It really makes my commute to work better and I will sometimes even buy a second cup of coffee for me to have at work in theafternoons. During our move, my sister and I were basically living off this Dunkin Donuts, too. We probably came to thislocation ten days in a row because we didn't have our kitchen unpacked. I sincerely don't remember a single time we came andthey messed up our order or gave us a low quality product. This Dunkin Doughnuts isn't as busy as some of them. They have a Baskin Robbins inside that appears to be busier than the coffee... brand itself. But the noise inside of this location is really loud, a penetrating type of loud. ???? Layout isn't the best. I'dsuggest the drive thru. Read more

My iced coffee was mixed perfect, and my bacon, egg, and cheese was actually toasted. I can't remember the last time that... happened but it sure hasn't been anywhere near where I live now, I say toasted, but I get a bagel that might be the definitionof not toasted. Read more
