Absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had. This was the 1st time we ordered from this place since moving here. My... pizza was delivered with the wrong toppings (lack therefof) I contacted the manager to get a credit and he told me that he wouldhave have his driver bring out the correct pizza and it would be about 30 minutes. I explained I had young children and I wouldnot have them wait 30 minutes to eat. He continued to argue and tell me he personally cut the pizza. Fairly sure he was lying atthis point. Driver returned and was given the wrong order that the geniuses manager cut himself. I will NEVER order from hereagain. I wouldn't waste my time. The manager and crew provided a solid delivery experience for us today! Delivery times from this store can be tricky with the... main highway and Florida drivers. So delivery is always risky from any restaurant, but today this store got it right, and nailedit to the wall. Thanks for those paper plates! Pies were on point and we loved it. Thanks. Read more
Pleasantly surprised. I don't remember Pizza Hut pizza being this good. Easy to order online and everything was ready faster... than all the other local pizza places. Would definitely order again. Read more
Worst Pizza hut ever!! 2 hours to deliver and I live near by! Items cold and smashed!! Missing items that when I called for a... refund they were so horrible and acted like it was a huge problem to get refunded. Had to go out and buy my child other food.What a horrible inconvenience since i paid a huge tip to the driver and a delivery fee. Wouldn't be a big deal but this hashappened numerous times before and I let it go. Please train your employees! Horrible food and it wasn't cheap. Over $100. If you want uncooked dough then this is the place to go. The pizza is very UNDER COOKED. I will never order from this place... again. Oh yes I did ask two times for them to put thru the oven one and half times. I will be returning this pizza. It cost tomuch money not to get what you ordered. Read more
We enjoyed our pan pepperoni lover's pizza but I think there should have been double the pepperoni, I think we only got like 4... additional pieces of pepperoni so I probably won't waste any extra money next time for a lover's pizza. Read more
