The cashier was on her phoneand barely acknowledged us. salsas and fixings were not covered and had flies flying everywhere.... There was what looked like food coloring on our tacos that stained our hands and the meat was cold and had no flavor. We likedthe truck much better. Birria El Gordo has quickly become my favorite restaurant in Yuma. The food is phenomenal and the staff are extremely nice and... helpful. I recommend the Quesatacos (as many as you can eat) but the Tapatio ramen is also very good. They have great optionsfor family sized meals as well which I?ve bought for work functions on a few occasions. On top of everything, they give a 25%discount to military / LE / and first responders.
