We have been eating here at least twice a month, maybe more, for the past 7-8 years. At an average bill of $40.00 add that up. ... Last week, and again today we were not allowed to sit in the bar area because the receptionist said there were not enough help. More than half the tables were empty. Why couldn't we go sit in the area, have a drink and wait until we could be served? We're in no hurry!! We were rudly informed that we had to wait 10 minutes for table. After 15 minutes she returned to tell usit would be at least 10 more. All this time there were at least 1/2 of the tables empty. Good bye BWW, and, we have lots offriends. Customer service goes a long way. Now, add up what we have spent over the years!! One simple act of courtesy couldhave kept us. Sorry, but we'll not return - ever!! Read more
Employers are rude and they give us a bad service even when we only take out our food this was our first time in this restaurant... and I think that will be the last one they also have the WORST FRIES EVER Read more
Worst service and food.to be a wing place they need to do a better job on having a fresh and hot wings the French fries were old... and reheated also we asked for a salad and they didn?t have No salad and to make it worst my michelada was hot. Was craving BWW for a while and finally got wings ???? Food was hot, drinks were tasty, and our server was very fast & friendly... ?? definitely try the potato wedges ???? they are seasoned perfectly! 4/5 ??s because the sauces don?t taste like I rememberthem tasting. I'm not going to... lie, unfortunately I was not a fan of the seasonal drink but the beer was great as always! Buffalo Wild Wings with the TVs and environment is always a great spot for watching any games ! This early Saturday afternoon we... had attentive and courteous service , but the food was less than average quality . We got 15 wings, and every single one wasdry, even with the sauce on the outside.. the meat was like somewhat stale and rubbery.. was not appeasing at all. They weren?teven temperature hot .. kinda like they were made a couple days ago .. brisket sandwich with fries tasted very basic .. even mybeers weren?t very cold ? overall diminished my opinion of Buffalo Wild Wings.. we will try a different sports bar next time Read more
I would have to start with saying! I won?t be back! We have been going here multiple times after couple months, and this time..... we were charged for every ranch, ever carrot, celery, and without being told anything. Then a lemonade was 6.00$ with no refill,then a fry was almost 8$. Absolutely crazy just to have the fries over cooked and cold. I had the new pizza. It had pretty muchnothing on it for 10$. We had an order of traditional wings and was dry, could only eat half the order. I find out ofeverything I spent 80$ and wasn?t even told of all the thing that were all of a sudden being charged. I wouldn?t have gottenextra ranch, or bbq sauce or carrots with wings if told we were charged them. Like I don?t see that being right to chargesomeone without telling them. Then when asked about it.. everyone was sooo rude and everyone seemed so clueless. I will never beback. Customer service was poor, and training needs to be provided for it.
