My son and I sat down to enjoy our turkey bacon, avocado salads. He then made a comment that the people there are very nice and... that the last time they were there, the cook, Victoria, had gone over to their table to ask how the food was. By that time Ihad already experienced what I would call a very positive culture in there. I heard Victoria?s voice the most, as she wascomplementing the rest of the crew with positive feedback. She was also taking food orders and making sure that she had readthem correctly, while responding with ?Yes ma?am,? after requests were made of her. The back-and-forth communications were verypositive between the team members and the food was absolutely delicious and fresh. All of my vegetables were cut up nicely anddisplayed perfectly as a turkey, bacon, avocado salad. Great things are happening in this restaurant. These people have exceptional customer service. A new trainer botched our order and the manager would not have that- she gave... the missing item on the house. I wasn?t upset to begin with because i worked at a sandwich shop for my first job so I know howit is. But I was impressed with the dedication to customer satisfaction. Also- the fresh bread there is phenomenal?. Soooogoood. I got some kind of panini turkey bacon avocado sandwich and it was soooo amazing. Also the salad was great. Read more
Whenever my wife and I are about, Kneaders is pretty much our #1 go to eatery. That?s saying a lot, because Yuma has many #1 go... to eateries. In spite of all the delicious desserts, sandwiches, soups and such, the salads give you that sense of eatinghealthy. Yes, if we?re on the other side of town we?ll grab a bite at their other location. 1.5 Stars Super Nice Staff! The Focaccia Bread was hard. Tomatoes hard and white for the majority of the tomato slice. The... Avocado was like Rock. Sure it was green but Damn, that is Un-Acceptable. The Cost for our meal was $33 Two sandwich Combomeals. The Saving Grace was the Tart and slice of Cheese Cake. Wife liked here club sandwich but the tomatoes we're hardlyedible. In my opinion, you are better off going to Panera. Read more

We won?t be back. When it takes over 40 MINUTES for 2 sandwiches and soup when it?s not during a rush time that?s RIDICULOUS.... Never again. We got our money back and went somewhere else. Also, there was a woman behind us that was having the same issue andshe got her money back too. Polite staff but obviously BAD management. Kneaders needs to step up their game BIG TIME! Read more
