Took my children to the play area and we had a hard time finding a clean table. All tables were dirty. I commented to the person... in the are who was sweeping, that all table are super dirty and she didn't respond. My order was called and as I went to get myorder, I noticed the same person was now mopping. Why mop when you have so many kids running around and parents going in and outof that dinning area. As well cleaning the seats and tables should be a primary concern. Read more

Monica, on the drive-thru is a quick and knowledgeable person Kind and helpful! Ive been going to this location for years and... everytime i stop by monica always helps me and get the order done the right way and accurate! Recommend keeping a person withthis much experience. I?ve come to notice this location has rude customer service. Wasn?t able to get the gentleman?s name/employee# on this instance... and it?s not on my mobile receipt but for his older age he should have respect and professionalism down to the T by now. Pickedup my mobile order #1687 at 8:56 PM on 08/20/2022 and it was thrown to my daughter across the counter because she asked aboutsome sauce and a drink, she didn?t ask in a rude way or anything. Don?t blame it on your customers if your having a bad night..McDonald?s needs to step up on their customer service game! Maybe get some tips from the local Chick-Fil-A?? Read more
I placed a mobile order, I picked up my food and came home. Come to find out my chicken nuggets are rock solid hard. You can?t... even bend them. I even asked for a sweet tea and I got a regular tea. The ?kid? that brought my order outside to me looked veryout of it. He brings my food and I tell him I?m missing my 2 drinks and he looks at me like I have 2 heads. The menu would not come up on the outside screen. The order taker was very rude and tried to rush us when we had no idea what... was even available and could not order. My daughter got me to download the McDonald's app, and i got a deal for a double cheeseburger and a 6 piece nugget, and had to... order the drink and fries seperate, so it wasn't much of a deal. My burger was all shifted in the wrapper and I couldn't fix itcause the cheese had melted it all together. I was on a lunch break between clients and hadn't been in in a while. The tableswere all dirty. I passed up 6 before I found one that wasn't covered in sauce, crumbs, or items previous people had left, andthere were on lines, and less then 10 people seated.
