I love this place and LOVE mobile ordering. One thing I wish you could change....Please stop taking mobile orders 15 minutes... prior to closing. I'm all excited to get my Big Mac just to be disappointed. I havent returned yet. This would be veryhelpful in the market where I live since there are 3 McDonald's within 10 min of my home and they all have different closing /lunch/ diner hours. I am spoiled coming from a market that all were open 24 yrs so this is new to me. Closed? ???? Read more

I had just downloaded the app and didn't really know what I was doing. I wanted to get my free item and the employees were... absolutely no help. There was nobody behind me and as I was trying to pull up the correct item for the code, the guy had alreadyrung up my friends order and told me that there was no way that he could alter it. And I said, you can't give us a refund andre-ring it? And he said no. So I asked somebody who looked like he might have been a supervisor. And he said no once it's runthrough we can't do anything about it. I find that to be absolutely ridiculous. I work in customer service as a cashier and Ihave done many returns to correct a wrong price. It was like I was a bother to them. I don't normally go to fast foodrestaurants. The app doesn't work all the time and needs lots of updates. Aside from that the 99 cent iced sugar free vanilla coffees my... favorite. I'm still waiting for them to get plant based burgers and nuggets Read more

The food here is good but their indoor service is lacking. I've been here 3x already, and had to wait an unnecessary long time... for them to give me another qtr pounder burger that was undercooked. Just today I went to place an order inside and there was noone manning the cash registers. I waited over 3 minutes until I got someone's attention. For no one to attend the front cashregisters, not look for customers for over 3 minutes at a major fast food business is poor customer service. Read more

This is a nice location, pretty well maintained for being so popular since it's right by the freeway. The whole kiosk ordering... is a mess since you have to enter a table number but only accepts up to number 120 but our table was numbered 130. And then theymake you pick up at the cashier anyway, so I'm not sure why you have to enter a table anyway. The staff were pretty friendlyalthough my order was missing a drink and when I told the cashier "I'm missing a drink" he responded "no, you're not." And Isaid, "excuse me?" and then he asked to see my receipt but then was very friendly in giving me the cup and sauces. Not sure whatthat interaction was for but everything else was great! Read more

Made us pull over and wait and wait. When they came out I gave them 1 1/2 burritos because they gave me sausage and egg.. I... order ham and egg.. they don't have ham and eggs so why did she say.. no communication. First we had the gentleman, nice man.He went and told them. A young lady came out I said just give me a ham and egg mc muffin. She said that is more expensive. Finecharge me and we gave he cash. Then the manager comes out and say mam you can't give the employees cash outside. Really I didn'tknow ???? that. But my husband is 74 and I'm 71 if we could walk better I would have been there. I said to her after about 40eeminutes waiting for our food you are the manager we been out here in the car and the weather is about 106 or more. You want usto argue about these burritos that can be eaten into bites. No I'm hungry give me my ham and egg, please! What an awful daynever again. This was off on 16th street in Yuma at McDonald's. The workers must be in a rush and are on autopilot mode. Wanted an egg and cheese biscuit, no meat. I don't know if they thought... I was lying but I received a sausage egg and cheese. After two U-turns and going inside my breakfast sandwich was made andwaiting for me. The kid who took my order didn't screw up nor the cook. It was the person who bagged it. Read more

The Big Mac's tasted so nasty. I love big Mac so it was a bummer. For the last five years your fries always taste as if you rush... them. They always taste raw which is nasty. When you go to place your order people have attitudes as if you're bothering them.When they take your money they are rude. The only thang that was smooth was one you got your food at the next window she was sonice. I really hope you guys go back to making the big Macs and French fries better. ??????? Read more
